I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Do not use my art for commercial purposes, it is only for personal use. This includes making prints, merchandise or mass producing my art.

Do not use my art to train AI.

You may only use the commission for personal use such as using it as your icon, header, etc as long as you give proper credit.

Do not use my other commissioned art unless the client has approved of it.

If you want me to draw a specific pose/prompt, let me know! It's greatly appreciated and helps me a lot.

You may repost your commission (with credit), if you want a watermarked version you may ask for one.

I will not start the commission unless the full payment has been sent.

The sketch will be sent to discuss any changes you'd like to make. Confirm the changes. No changes can be made afterwards.

The time for me to complete the commission could go from a few days to weeks, depending on my availability.

If the commission needs to be rushed, I’ll have to charge extra.

You may only request a refund one month after you ordered the commission if it hasn't been completed yet. However, refunds are not allowed after I've already sent the draft.
